As noise pollution in our world is increasing intensively, the available living space becomes more and more valuable.
To protect the limited living space from noise emissions, noise barriers have become an integral part of road equipment.
The construction of a conventional noise barrier is often complicated due to various installations in the underground (cables, drainage, pipelines, etc.).
REBLOC offers an innovative solution that combines a concrete safety barrier with an integrated noise barrier. The system requires less space and does not require any intervention in the underground. The advantage is to be closer to the noise source and build lower. In addition, existing infrastructure facilities, such as cables, etc. are not affected.
Due to the easy installation, applications in urban areas (e.g. protection from emissions of an industrial park), as well as in high-ranking road networks (e.g. urban highways) are highly efficient. The conventional noise absorbing materials aloow for the highest possible design freedom. A potential combination of temporary and permanent use of these combined REBLOC systems enables enormous cost and emission savings.
